Kumta is one of the unexplored beaches. Combining Five different beaches make the whole Kumta beach. For example Vanalli Beach, Mangodlu Beach, Kadle Beach, Bada Beach and Nirvana beach.
The Small towns i.e. Gokarna and kumta of this region are famous for its untouched beaches, coastal food, and simple lifestyle.
Dividing the two towns, river Aghanashini flows between them which eventually meets the Arabian Sea rendering stunning scenery. White Clean sand, with mesmerizing sunsets, refreshing mornings, and welcoming beaches captures every person’s heart with its beauty.
If you want to do something different this time when you set out to enjoy nature, this beach trek is for you. With every step you take, there will be the sound of waves crashing onto colorful rocks, sandy beaches and breathtaking views with every little hill you climb.

We would be leaving at late evening from Bangalore. We request you to have some light food before traveling. This trip would be an overnight journey to Kumta Town. Which is about 467 km away from Bangalore, in which we would have an informal introduction and have fun with ice breaking session.
We would reach early morning to the homestay. After freshening up and breakfast, we would hop on the bus and go to the starting point of the trek.
We would take a ferry ride to the order side of the Agnashini River. It is beautiful ride giving you the complete view of both the sides and the unrest ocean.
Towards the right of the port, we would trek through small villages by the side of the bank to the ruined fort of Nirvana. The side view for the fort look like the ocean, land and they sky are all together meeting at a point.
From here we would descend to Nirvana Beach and make our way to Bada and Kadle Beach. The continuation of the Bada beach is the Kadle beach towards its south. It’s a lovely Beach Walk by the side of the ocean. Do check out the photos in the Gallery.
A small beach between to the two large beaches. It’s best for its wild nature and safe water level. After spending some time here. We would continue to the walk to other side of Mangodlu Beach to Vannelli Beach.
Vannelli Beach Sunset Point
Crossing the boulders on the way, we would enter the Vannalli Beach and would make our way to the Vannelli Fort for Sunset.
We would have breakfast from the homestay and start to Mirjan Fort. The fort is known for its architectural elegance and was the location of several battles in the past. After Spending some time here, we would hop on the bus to our return journey.
