Fitness Regime for your Western Ghats Treks (Comprehensive plan to make you fit for any trek in 4 weeks)

Kurangani slope station lies near Bodinayakanur in Theni area of Tamil Nadu. This lesser known diamond of a spot in the midst of the immeasurably investigated Western Ghats likewise holds a sharp edge at the tallness purpose of 8782 ft. called Kolukkumalai — considered one of the most noteworthy tea homes on the planet.

With a diverse flora and fauna to boast, the trek appeals to photographers, birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts alike. The trail takes you on a zigzag route through a wide expanse of tea gardens. It is most likely that you will spot a wide variety of chirping birds and animals like Nilgiri langur, Nilgiri Tahr, monkeys and Gaurs (Indian Bison).
