Can I travel to Jammu & Kashmir in Summer 2021?

Last year March, the Covid-19 pandemic caused lockdown in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) and all travel restriction were imposed. Following in July 2020, the restriction were lifted but heavy protocol of Covid-19 guidelines were implemented.

Post Jan-31-2021 J&K revises its Covid-19 guideline. Reopened the Schools and Colleges and also raises the limit of Vaishno Devi Pilgrims.

Flights, Trains, and Buses resume services in J&K although Inter-district movement between zones is prohibited. All Restaurants can now offer dining services with full capacity. Hotels, Homestays and resorts are open and operating with proper guidelines, although night curfew remains active in J&K.

There will be no restrictions on traveller entering in J&K, However visitors need to undergo mandatory Covid-19 antigen test.
