Sikkim protocals/regulations for travelers traveling in summer 2021.

Sikkim has now joined other states and issued travel restrictions owing to the rise in COVID-19 cases in the country. Reportedly, those entering from Kerala, Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu will be required to furnish a negative RT-PCR test report, which they have undertaken prior to 72 hours of entering Sikkim.

Sikkim government has implemented several measures to curb the spread of Covid-19 while permiting travelers and tourists to visit the state. We strongly recommend you to to follow government guidelines and safety measure and practice personal hygiene and keep yourself safe.
Even though Covid-19 certification is no longer needed to enter Sikkim, The government has started issuing travel cards for visitors entering into Sikkim. Also Masks are mandatory while being outdoors in public places and social distancing norms should be followed properly.
Flights are operational from Pakyong Airport, Gantok from all ther major cities of India. Also, all vehicels leading to other destinations in sikkim is made available. All markets, mall, parks and worship places are open except the containment zones.
