    Very insightful article.
    This is the year I am thinking of coming out of my comfort zone in many instances.
    Like yesterday, I did something that was never on my list. And I strongly believed I couldn’t or wouldn’t do it cuz I never did anything like it before and that, it would hurt my ankle and I have a weak ankle.
    But I did it. It was scary af! But I felt good.
    I did ICE SKATING!
